A outside of the box approach is certainly of order these days. Sometimes you have to create a totally new job description by presenting your expertise in a different way. To do this you must do your homework and then some. Your value should be so evident that the company would be afraid to say no. When we hear over qualified, what they are talking about is credentials. Which is absolutely different from true value.
