Michelle Obama Not Focused on Debate “punditry and the analysis”

By Nomalanga Mhlauli-Moses

First Lady Michelle Obama is not focused on all the conversations about the debate that took place last week. Commenting on all the talk that has been going on since the debate, she said to iVillage,

“There’s sort of the scrum and the punditry and the analysis [of the debate], and then there’s the passion that we see every single day.”

What the first Lady appears to be saying is that a lot of comments about the President have been made based on his performance at the debate but she is more focused on who she knows the President to be and the passion that she sees and knows he has for doing what he needs to do to move the country forward.

I Totally support President Obama. I cannot believe anyone but the one percent would go the direction of Myth Romney and Lying Ryan. Think about what he was saying behind closed doors and that is enough to convince me. President Obama is a Great President and one that I will vote for again.

I would think, after listening to Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan change their positions, outlooks, and behaviors based on what would work to get them
elected, we should be applauding Vice President Biden for being authentic — showing us his real self, speaking the truth instead of what we want to hear, and expressing himself the way he would in front of or behind closed doors. I’m tired of all the scripted, pretense. I couldn’t appreciate Vice President Biden more if I tried. Honesty is such a sweet breath of fresh air that this country needs.
