It’s never about race, until it is.

Conservatives love to assail liberals as fixated with race while simultaneously lauding themselves as colorblind. Let them tell it, they’re just good-natured folk who see the value in everybody, except when they’re comparing President Obama to a ‘tar baby’ or an African witch doctor with a bone through his nose. Most conservatives are real good folks if you ignore those things.

This brings us to the latest display of race hatred on the right, which comes to us by way of a t-shirt that reads, “Put the White Back in the White House.”
