Many are speculating that Bishop E.W. Jackson’s movement could have a significant bearing on the elections results. STAND’s “Exodus Now” has made an effort to not mention any candidates’ s names, neither endorsing Romney nor opposing Obama.
Jackson has, however, called Black Christians to leave the Democratic Party because he says the party is in “rank rebellion against God.”
Jackson asserts that the Democratic Party is “anti-Christian, anti-God, anti-Bible, anti-family and anti-life.”
The Bishop says that he has gotten a very positive response from all Christians, black and white. He even claims that he has received numerous e-mails from Black churches across the country and they pledge to abandon the Democrats on election day.
