Bomb in Kenya Church Kills Child, Wounds 3 More

When explosives go off and kill people, it is sad but when explosives go off and kill children in churches while they are at Sunday school, that is devastating.

The acting police chief in Nairobi, Kenya is reporting that an explosive was detonated in a church, on Sunday, in a Sunday school class. The explosive killed one child and three more children were seriously injured.

The capital’s police chief, Moses Ombati, speculates that the explosives may have been planted in the church by those who sympathize with the Somali militant group, al-Shabab. He suspects that  al-Shabab are the ones behind the Anglican church bombing.
