The BBC Is Now Penn State, with a Similar Scandal That Might Destroy Its Reputation

Imagine if the British version of d**k Clark lived a full, long life, was recognized by the Queen herself, was treated as royalty and then died at the age of 84 with his legacy in tact.  Then imagine that a few years after his death, over 200 people come forward and say that he was responsible for using his power to abuse children in a Jerry Sandusky sort of way.  Then, imagine if much of the abuse happens on BBC premises.

OK, you can now stop imagining, because that’s what happened.  The scandal is threatening to destroy the reputation of Britain’s most prestigious news network and it could get very, very ugly.  CNN tells more:
