The economic downturn has been tough on everyone.  But some groups are hit harder than others, including minorities, teens and older people seeking work.   But there are some things that you can do to prepare yourself for the workforce without going crazy in the process.  Opportunities are out there, but it appears that the older you get, the more careful you have to be.
