Video of Cop Beating Up Clown Goes Viral

When cops overstep their bounds, it is the duty of media to report it. But what about when a cop goes in on a real life clown? Shouldn’t that get reported as well? Even if the cop didn’t actually do anything wrong?

Whether it should or should not get reported is really out the window considering that video of a police officer fighting a Milwaukee clown has already gone viral.

The clown is actually a community activist in the city, and is well known at the government buildings where he sets up shop.

Mitch Cooper was in the area when he noticed a clown and a police officers scuffling.
